BilletIA organizes personal records, budgets, recurring entries, savings, and analysis. It is not a bank, does not hold your money, and does not make payments, transfers, or investments. Its results do not replace professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Receipt recognition and AI can make mistakes. Check amounts, currencies, dates, categories, and proposals before confirming. Forecasts, simulations, and exchange rates are estimates based on available data; they do not guarantee future outcomes or an actual buying or selling rate.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use on devices you own or control, subject to store rules. BilletIA, its software, brand, and materials belong to RENERPDEV SAS or their respective owners. Data and content you supply remain subject to your rights; these terms do not transfer their ownership.

Use the app lawfully and enter your own data or data you are authorized to use. Do not infringe others’ rights, distribute unauthorized copies, or bypass access controls. Restrictions do not prevent uses or rights expressly allowed by law. BilletIA is not specifically directed at children; minors require their representative’s involvement or authorization where applicable, particularly for purchases.

Availability depends on platform, installed version, permissions, and device. The system model requires compatible hardware, language, and components. If unavailable, the app does not secretly activate a remote provider. Financial entry and storage are local; purchases, ads, updates, exchange-rate queries, and remote AI may require Internet access.

Wallet and Siri features depend on compatibility and current PRO access to enable and make new captures. A pending capture must be reviewed and imported in the app; it does not execute a banking transaction. Previously captured records remain available for review or cleanup after PRO access ends.

BilletIA does not require a remote account or offer its own financial synchronization. Protect access to your device and keep backups before replacing it, restoring it, or deleting information. We do not offer server recovery for records that existed only on your device. Operating-system backups depend on your settings.

CSV is a report rather than a restore format. JSON or .billetia import shows a preview and may replace the active dataset. It restores data and preferences, excluding profile photos, receipt images, and attachments even if they are in the file. It does not restore keys or remote-AI activation. Backups do not transfer PRO purchase rights.

PRO provides features included in the current offer and prevents app ads. RevenueCat and the store show available products, price, currency, duration, taxes, and terms of any trial or promotion before purchase. Not every product or purchase type is available on every platform or in every region.

An automatically renewing subscription renews under the terms disclosed by Apple or Google until you cancel it. Manage renewal and cancellation through the corresponding store account. Deleting the app, your data, or the local account does not cancel a subscription. A non-consumable lifetime-access purchase, if offered, is a one-time purchase; it does not guarantee compatibility with every future device or version.

Restore purchases in the app with the Apple or Google account used to buy them. Shared identity or purchases across iOS and Android are not guaranteed. Request refunds through the store’s mechanisms, without prejudice to your legal rights or your ability to contact us. Availability or loss of access depends on purchase validation, validity, and any refund.

The version without PRO may display ads according to available configuration and your privacy choices. Some tools offer thirty minutes of access after voluntarily completing a rewarded ad. The offer is disclosed before you watch; cancellation or closing before a reward is received does not grant access.

Advertising availability depends on the advertising service. The app does not guarantee inventory will always be available. Consent preferences are managed in the app and on your device; buying PRO is not required to exercise privacy rights.

If you enable remote AI with your own key, you choose to send necessary context to the selected provider. Your account, limits, charges, and provider terms are managed with that provider; PRO does not include or pay for that usage. Do not share keys, and review provider terms before activation. You can return to the system model in Settings.

Public exchange rates come from Frankfurter when you request a refresh or enable automatic mode. These references may be outdated or may not cover all your currencies. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Expo, and other external services have their own terms applicable to their participation, without replacing RENERPDEV SAS obligations.

We may distribute updates for maintenance, security, and improvements, including compatible updates through Expo. Features may evolve, and external services may become unavailable. We will communicate material changes to these terms and obtain additional acceptance where required by law; silence will not be treated as a waiver of your rights.

Any access restriction for unlawful use or a breach must be justified, proportionate, and legally permitted. This is not permission to arbitrarily cancel acquired rights. Purchases and retained data remain protected as required by applicable law.

You should verify your records and avoid basing important decisions solely on AI suggestions or forecasts. Explaining these limitations does not exclude RENERPDEV SAS liability for its service or legally recognized warranties, remedies, refunds, or compensation. These terms do not impose a general waiver of your rights or limit obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes belong before the authorities or courts competent under applicable law. Mandatory rules and consumer rights applicable in your place of residence remain in force; this clause does not require you to waive a legally available forum or protection mechanism.
